  • Clean all decking flooring before the application of stain.

  • Application of one coat of an acrylic latex solid stain by Woodscapes SW.

Client Review: We hired Elkin to sand and stain the deck and railing on our front porch. There was quite a bit of prep work, as all the old paint had to be removed from the porch/deck.
