Residential Exterior Painting on North Rd in Chester, NJ

• Power wash the complete exterior of the home.

• Scrape and power sand all exterior surfaces as needed.

• All shakes and shingles, (body of home) will be taken care of; which includes but not limited to, partial scraping and power sanding, caulk and putty as required. Areas in need of primer will be attained.

• All trim, facial, windows, window trim (outside trim only), shutters, doors, all trim in general, will be part machine or hand-sanded, puttied, and caulked as necessary. Areas in need of primer will be attained.

• All shakes areas (body of home), will receive one coat of oil primer followed by two coats of Benjamin Moore/Sherwin Williams/Cabots Latex Acrylic paint or stain; (white).

• We will apply on all trim, facial, windows, window trim (outside frame only), doors, all trim in general, will receive two coats of Benjamin Moore/Sherwin Williams/Cabots Latex Acrylic paint or stain; soft gloss, satin, flat, etc. (White). Areas in need of primer will be attained.

• Shutters will receive one to two coats of Benjamin Moore Latex Acrylic paint (green).
