Power wash the complete exterior of the home.
Scrape and power sand all exterior surfaces as needed.
All shakes and shingles, (body of home) will be taken care of; which includes but not limited to, partial scraping and power sanding, caulk and putty as required. Areas in need of primer will be attained.
All trim, facial, windows, window trim (outside trim only), shutters, doors, all trim in general, will be part machine or hand-sanded, puttied, and caulked as necessary. Areas in need of primer will be attained.
All shakes areas (body of home), will receive one coat of oil primer followed by two coats of Benjamin Moore/Sherwin Williams/Cabots Latex Acrylic paint or stain; (white).
We will apply on all trim, facial, windows, window trim (outside frame only), doors, all trim in general, will receive two coats of Benjamin Moore/Sherwin Williams/Cabots Latex Acrylic paint or stain; soft gloss, satin, flat, etc. (White). Areas in need of primer will be attained.
Shutters will receive one to two coats of Benjamin Moore Latex Acrylic paint (green).
