All walls, ceilings, and woodwork will be inspected for prep work, which includes but is limited to prime, spackle, sand, caulk, and putty.
All walls in respective areas will receive two coats of Sherwin Williams High/Neutral Custom Color Latex Paint, whichever type/color you choose (i.e., Eggshell, Pearl Finish, Flat Finish, Matte Finish, etc.).
All ceilings will receive two coats of an acrylic latex flat paint by Sherwin Williams.
