  • All walls, ceilings, and woodwork will be inspected for prep work, which includes but is limited to prime, spackle, sand, caulk, and putty.

  • All walls in respective areas will receive two coats of Sherwin Williams High/Neutral Custom Color Latex Paint, whichever type/color you choose (i.e., Eggshell, Pearl Finish, Flat Finish, Matte Finish, etc.).

  • All ceilings will receive two coats of an acrylic latex flat paint by Sherwin Williams.
